5 Keys to Reduce Toxic Fat

Due to chemicals disrupting our chemistry detoxification is necessary
The EPA states here are more than 20,000 chemicals that our bodies cannot metabolize.  These chemicals have the potential to alter our metabolism, cause enzyme dysfunction, predispose us to nutritional deficiencies, create hormonal imbalances, alter brain chemistry, and negatively affect the immune system. There are more than 77,000 chemicals in active production in North America.  Air pollution is increasingly weighing on the minds of many athletes, especially those with outdoor workouts.

1. Hydration is the first key 
Our brain is 85% water. 
Muscle pains and headaches are prime symptoms of dehydration. 
Dr. Batmanghelidj's book, "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" is a real eye opener. 
Start your day with 24 oz. of fluid: This can be a combination of water with lemon/lime, cayenne, Grade B maple syrup.
Best beverages to drink: Water, Mineral Water, herbal teas (hot or cold) Celestial Season's Sugar Plum tea is a tasty choice or get a herbal non-caffeine sample pack .
Beverages to Avoid: No Soda or Seltzer since these contain carbonic acid which occurs in artificially carbonated drinks. No alcohol or caffeine for your best results.

2. Eliminate sugar
Nancy Appleton's book, Lick the Sugar Habit will show you how sugar is more addictive than cocaine.
Two weeks without sugar and you are on your way to kicking the sugar habit
Gymnema is one of the best herbs for reducing sugar cravings and aiding in pancreatic function.
Stevia and LoHan are safe plant sweeteners. Xylitol resists bacteria and can be used as a nasal and mouth rinse.
No Aspartame, Splenda (sucralose) or NutraSweet. These are exceedingly dangerous!

3. Increasing Green Vegetables Increases Your Energy
Sulforaphane is a phytonutrient which is highest in broccoli and sprouted broccoli seeds.
All green vegetables have major purifying effects on our bodies.

4. Movement and Exercise. You need to enjoy this to make a habit of it

Belly fat is a dangerous fat. Belly fat manufactures "bad" estrogen which can affect both men and women, increasing cancer risks.
Belly fat is a risk factor for serious cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
Where does this fat come from? Over-eating the wrong foods could be a reason along with 77,000 chemicals in active production in North America.
Avoid dairy and gluten.
